1. Scope
These terms apply to all visitors of the www.sporsoft.com website and the Sporsoft mobile application (the “Platform”) operated by Sporsoft Teknoloji Yazılım ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Sporsoft”). Members are additionally subject to the Basic Membership Agreement, and purchasers of a Verified Profile to the Verified Profile Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the membership and service agreements prevail.
Where the application is downloaded through the App Store or Google Play and an in-app purchase is made, the terms of service of the relevant store operator also apply. Store operators are not parties to these terms or to the service agreements; additional provisions on this point are set out in the “Additional App Store Terms” clause of the Verified Profile Service Agreement.
2. Nature of the Service
Sporsoft is a platform on which athletes complete standardised tests, their performance data is verified, and after verification is made available to clubs. The content is for information purposes; Sporsoft gives no guarantee of a transfer, a selection or a career.
3. Intellectual Property
The rights to the software, test batteries, scoring methodology, norm tables, trade marks, designs and content on the Platform belong to Sporsoft; they may not be copied, reproduced, reverse-engineered or used for commercial purposes without permission.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Interference that threatens security, disrupts operation or creates excessive load,
- Unauthorised data collection by automated means (bots, scrapers),
- Opening an account using someone else's information, or misrepresenting age/identity,
- Attempts to manipulate test results,
- Content and any interference contrary to law, morality or the rights of third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. Sporsoft does not undertake uninterrupted and error-free access; access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates. Sporsoft is not responsible for the content of third-party sites. Consumers' rights arising from mandatory legislation are reserved.

7. Changes
Sporsoft may update these terms; the current text takes effect on the date it is published on the Platform.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish law applies. In consumer transactions, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction; for other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of İnegöl have jurisdiction.
