01 · The problem
People talk about you, but nobody knows the truth.
- /01Everything you know about your ability is somebody's opinion.“You're fast”, “good technique”, “you need to improve”: none of it is objective data, just someone's view.
- /02You train without knowing your current level. Are you ahead of your peers or behind them? Until now nobody has answered that with numbers.
- /03Trials judge everything you can do from a few minutes of play. The lists keep changing depending on which coach is watching. Where would you rank on a list built purely on objective data?
- /04Even if you are good enough, how many clubs actually see you? If the right eyes are not watching, being discovered comes down to luck.

03 · The tests
13 field tests, one protocol.
These tests measure the physical and technical qualities that decide games, out on the pitch: how fast you are, how quickly you change direction, how well you handle the ball, whether you can still run after ninety minutes. You answer all of it with numbers.
The setup is identical for everyone, which is what makes the results comparable. Your TBS score is derived from them.

Whatever position you pick, you have to complete every test. Independently of your own choice, the algorithm works out the position that suits you best from the results you produce.
04 · The science
Tests alone do not make a footballer. But at telling apart a player who is ready from a player who still has to develop, they are far more useful than personal observation.
The tests are adapted from the protocols leading European federations use in talent identification and from academic work covering more than 180 studies. Research that followed athletes for years found that those who scored well on these tests reached a professional career at a significantly higher rate.
Many of the names at the top of the game today went through similar tests early in their careers and came out clearly ahead of their peers.
05 · TBS
Is 2.98 seconds good or bad? Seconds on their own tell you nothing.
Every test result is converted into a value between 0 and 100 based on where you rank inside your own age group. Those 13 values combine into a single number through the weighting model Sporsoft developed: TBS.

Scores are compared within an age group; a 15-year-old does not compete on the same scale as a 17-year-old.
06 · Position fit
The same results, a different score in every position.
Every position rewards different qualities. The algorithm works out separately what the same results mean for a goalkeeper, a full-back and a striker. The position where you score highest is your real position, but the map shows your score in all of them.
Clubs see this map in the panel. They find the player who fits the position they are looking for, even if that player has listed himself somewhere else.
07 · Verification
On paper, everyone is the best.
Every test is recorded at 1080p and 60 frames per second, analysed with dedicated software and reviewed one by one by the Verification Team. Impossible values are filtered out automatically, and cheating attempts are caught immediately by three separate verification gates.
A first attempt to cheat adds a red flag to your profile that clubs can see as well; a second one suspends the account permanently.
08 · Progress
Clubs do not look at one high score, they look at a rising graph.
The app identifies the areas where you fall short and suggests training to improve them. When you feel ready, a Performance Update lets you refresh your measurements; every measurement adds a new point to your profile, and as the points join up your progress trend becomes visible.
09 · Discovery
This is where clubs find you.
Clubs can filter athletes by position, age, TBS and every single attribute, then send an invitation straight to the athlete who interests them. For the first time, talent at every level that no platform has ever covered is presented to clubs with comparable data.
Sporsoft gives no guarantee of a transfer, a selection or a trial, and asks for no commission or share of any deal that may follow. Sporsoft measures, verifies and makes talent visible. The final decision always belongs to the clubs.

10 · Showcase
The top 10% take the pitch.
Test data tells you a great deal, but not everything. Athletes who reach the top 10% in their position enter the free invitation pool for matches played against opponents at their own level. Every player is tracked by GPS and the match analysis is written into their profile, so clubs see you not only in the tests but inside the game. Participation depends on ranking and available places; it cannot be bought.
11 · Parents
The process is transparent, the control is yours.
A significant share of our users are under 18. We built the system around that.
- /01The parent opens the account. Accounts for under-18s cannot be opened without parental consent, and the parent keeps control of the account.
- /02Visibility is your decision. On a free account no data at all is shared with clubs; sharing only begins when you decide to move to a Verified Profile.
- /03Videos are not kept forever. Videos that are not submitted for verification are deleted automatically after seven days.
- /04Data is kept safe. Videos and results are stored on servers in Europe in line with Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
- /05No promises, just opportunity. Sporsoft promises no transfer; it measures, verifies and provides visibility. The final decision always belongs to the clubs.
12 · Founder 500
The first 500 players are the cornerstone of the system.
TBS is a ranking score; it takes its meaning from who you are compared against. That is why the first 500 verified players, the ones who build the scale, form the foundation of the system.
The first 500 players carry the Founder 500 badge on their profile permanently. The badge is never awarded retroactively; it is written into the profiles of our first users as a thank-you.

Starting is free. Verification is a one-off. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

Some questions you might have, and the answers.
What do I need for the tests?
The app tells you which equipment each test requires. You do not have to buy anything special or expensive. At its simplest you can complete the tests with any tape measure and a few water bottles. The only technical requirement is your phone: the camera has to record at least 1080p and 60 frames per second.
When does my score become visible?
The scale is built from the results of the first 500 verified players; once that threshold is reached, scores open for everyone at the same time. As the pool grows the scale is recalculated, so your ranking keeps reflecting real competition.
For parents
For athletes under 18 the account is opened and managed by a parent, and it is the parent who decides whether the profile becomes visible to clubs. On a free account no data is shared, and videos not submitted for verification are deleted after seven days. All the rules that concern parents are in the “Parents” section of this page.
What if I have a bad day? What if my score is low?
You can repeat a test as many times as you like, and you decide which recording to submit.
A low score costs you nothing. The first measurement puts your level today on record; the app then suggests training for the areas where you fall short, and your ranking rises as you progress.
Is there an age limit?
No, age does not matter to us. At Sporsoft age only determines who you are compared against; every result is assessed within its own age group. For athletes under 18 the account is opened and managed by a parent.
I'm a goalkeeper, are the tests right for me too?
Yes. Whatever your position, everyone takes the same 13 tests; the only thing that changes is how much each test counts towards your score. The qualities that matter in goalkeeping weigh more heavily in yours.
Do the cognitive and character tests affect my score?
No. They affect neither your TBS nor your ranking; they appear in the club panel as complementary profile information.
How does payment work?
It is a one-off payment; it is not a subscription, and there is no auto-renewal or annual fee. Payment is made only inside the app through the App Store or Google Play; your card details stay with the store and are never passed to Sporsoft. The amount that applies is always shown on the payment screen.
Can the discovery feature be unlocked with a free account?
No. On a free account you can only complete the cognitive and character tests, view the test instructions and submit your test videos. Your tests will not reach the verification team, however, and no results are written into your profile. To unlock every feature you have to move to a Verified Profile.
Is a transfer guaranteed?
No. Sporsoft gives no guarantee of a transfer, a selection or a trial; it measures, verifies and makes your performance visible to clubs. It asks for no commission, share or agency fee from any deal that may follow. The decision always belongs to the clubs.
